The Little Retreat Policies

At The Little Retreat, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their The Little Retreat experience.

Prior to any tinting treatments, a patch test is required at least 48 hours prior to your first tinting and henna treatment. Also if you have had a vaccine or recent illness since your last patch test please get in touch. 

​

We understand that life can get in the way sometimes; please allow at least 48 hours notice before cancelling your appointment otherwise a charge may be added onto your next appointment. Spaces for appointments are precious and it can be difficult to fill them with such small notice.

For large appointments lasting over an hour a deposit of 25% of the appointment cost may be taken and kept if there is a late cancellation notice under 48 hours or you do not turn up to the appointment.

We all run late sometimes, but notice of such occasions is much appreciated also if you do run late I shall try to do my best to fit your treatment in the time we have however this may mean re-booking treatments or tailoring it to fit in the time we have.
